New Business Development / Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Internet Inspirations is seeking a full-time New Business Development / Executive Administrative Assistant to join our company of marketing professionals. Qualified candidate should be detail oriented, self-directed, and possess excellent articulate and writing skills. Job responsibilities will include:



  • Screening for potential business growth by analyzing market strategies, potentials, and financials

  • Collecting sales materials and formulating sales packets with creative and sales executives

  • Developing proposals, sales agreements, and cover letters

  • Following up and answering incoming inquiries from current or potential clients in an accurate, timely, efficient, and courteous manner

  • Explaining business potential and services to new and existing clients and securing their trust

  • Scheduling meetings

  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships


Applicants must have a college degree and be able to work within the framework of a team environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel. Must be able to travel several times a year to conventions and client meetings. We offer a rewarding work environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
