Overview:
The Stock Associate creates a legendary customer experience by ensuring an organized flow of merchandise in the stockroom and onto the sales floor.
Responsibilities:
Meeting time expectations for processing freight and product transfersSupporting prioritization and product flow activities to achieve sales and customer experience objectivesHelping to maintain the store's product presentation standards, visual objectives, and floorset direction by folding and hanging merchandise, assisting with floorset changes and stocking replenishmentProcessing merchandise transfers, consolidations and correct disposition of customer returnsAssisting with organizing and preparing for store inventories and participating in store inventory countsEnsuring all merchandise has SKU tickets to identify styles and appropriate pricingUtilizing the best method of storage, identification, and stock location, considering height and weight limits, turnover, stock room capacities, and required space; assisting with keeping the stock room clean and organizedDemonstrating a passion for the product, the brand and the customer; demonstrating the Eddie Bauer Creed and Guarantee consistently with internal and external customersDeveloping and maintaining a thorough knowledge of Eddie Bauer merchandise; using product knowledge in relevant and creative ways to meet the customer's needsMaintaining awareness and follow Eddie Bauer policy and procedures as they relate to loss prevention and safety; contacting store management should a loss prevention situation ariseDriving towards meeting or exceeding personal/team goals and measuresAssisting with Sales Guide responsibilities and other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications:
1 year related retail and customer service experience; specialty retail preferredAbility to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbsFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when neededHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbout the Company:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
