This would include taking orders from customers at the counter, cash and credit card transactions, and balancing the register at the end of the shift.
The Director of First Impression may assist the kitchen staff with various tasks, restocking chips, soda and sides.
Must be competent with POS system and have good cash handling skills.
Must be professional, polite, reliable and provide excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Scan and bag items for customers - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Process returns and exchanges - Properly take and input phone orders
Experience:
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales preferred - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities - Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records Job Types:
