Job Description
Summary:
Keeps Exterior premises of commercial, retail, airport, hospitality, healthcare, convention centers/arenas or other institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Other duties may be assigned.
oCleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
oCleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
oSweeps, scrubs, finishes, and polishes floor.
oCleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
oDusts furniture and equipment.
oPolishes metalwork.
oWashes walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
oWashes windows, door panels, and sills.
oEmpties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
oTransports trash and waste to disposal area.
